Services
Priced by the job, never sight-unseen
An estimator walks the property, then you get one fixed written scope and price for the whole job. The visit costs nothing.
Commercial grounds
About half the calendar is commercial: businesses, property managers and HOA common areas. Same approach as a house — somebody walks the site, and you get one written price for the whole scope.

When to call
December and January are the easy months to get on the schedule
